Oslo Airport (OSL) sits at Gardermoen — far enough from downtown that the transfer is part of the trip, close enough that you should not panic.
First five minutes after landing
Follow the crowd toward baggage, then decide: Flytoget (fast, pricey), Vy train (slower, cheaper), airport bus, or rental car. If you are connecting domestically, check the live board before you leave security — gates move and “New time” is not the same as “Departed”.
Domestic vs international
OSL mixes both. Give yourself buffer if you land international and leave domestic (or the other way around). Norway is efficient; your connection still has to respect walking time and security rules.
